Massachusetts Judiciary Committee schedules April 7 hearing on late-file bills

The Massachusetts Joint Committee on the Judiciary has scheduled an April 7 hearing on late-file bills.

According to the official notice, the hearing is titled “Hearing 15: Late Files” and is set for 1 p.m. Tuesday in A-2 and virtually. The Legislature says the hearing will be livestreamed on its website.

The notice also says virtual testimony registration is due by 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 5. Written testimony instructions are listed for both House and Senate bills.
