Coverage
Recent papers are selected by freshness, legal access, study quality, and reader relevance. Articles report the research question, methods, sample, results, uncertainty, limitations, funding, and conflicts of interest.
Process
Official APIs find new papers. Software normalizes identifiers, checks legal full-text access, extracts sections, and builds an evidence matrix. Separate analysis and verification passes check numbers, study type, causal language, and claim coverage.
Release policy
All topics use the same autonomous evidence gates. Preprints and higher-risk findings receive stricter warnings and checks, while unsupported claims, unusable full text, expressions of concern, and retractions block publication. Every release decision is recorded.
Boundaries
We do not bypass paywalls, mirror full texts, reproduce paper figures without permission, provide individual medical advice, invent expert quotes, or turn correlation into causation.
