A week of new country music included Disney’s Main Street Country EP, plus fresh releases or rollout updates from Danielle Bradbery, Josh Ross, Ella Langley and George Birge.
Country music releases stacked up this week, led by Disney’s new Main Street Country EP and a wave of singles and album updates from artists including Danielle Bradbery, Josh Ross and Ella Langley.
Disney announced Main Street Country on March 31 and said the five-song EP would arrive April 3. The project features country artists reworking Disney songs, with performances from Kane Brown and Katelyn Brown, Restless Road, Dasha, Maddie & Tae and BRELAND. Coverage on April 4 confirmed the EP was available to stream.
Elsewhere in the genre, Danielle Bradbery’s official site says Cowgirl’s Prayer is out now, while Josh Ross’s official site says his debut album LATER TONIGHT is out now. Same-week country roundup coverage also highlighted Ross’s Give ’Er Hell as a new release.
Ella Langley also used the week to build toward her next album. Her official site says Dandelion is due April 10, and iHeart coverage on April 3 said she had revealed the album’s track list and credits.
George Birge’s Whatever That Was was also listed in same-week release coverage, with an April 3 release time in Amazon Music listings.
Taken together, the week’s releases point to a busy stretch for country fans, with official artist sites and label announcements confirming several new tracks, EPs and album rollouts landing across April 3 through April 6.
