Myeloma study finds similar recovery with non-cryopreserved grafts
A single-center retrospective cohort found that non-cryopreserved grafts were linked with similar engraftment and overall survival to cryopreserved grafts. Hospital stays were shorter, but mucositis was more frequent, and the non-randomized design limits causal conclusions.
